High School Counselor

Job Description

We are hiring! We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate High School Counselor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide academic, personal, and career guidance to high school students.
• Support students throughout the university application process, including scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Organize career fairs, university visits, and college awareness events.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leaders to support student success.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a school counselor, preferably in a high school setting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international university admission processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
