Location: Media City Office, Dubai
Salary: AED14,0000 per month

Our client requires a Regional HR Administrative Assistant who could initially join us on a freelance basis, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position from September.
Job Description
This person would support the Regional HR Director across the Middle East region on a wide range of HR administrative activities, including:
- Preparing employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation;
- Maintaining employee files and HR records;
- Supporting on-boarding and off-boarding processes;
- Coordinating visa, work permit and other employment-related documentation;
- Assisting with medical insurance and employee benefits administration;
- Managing leave and absence records;
- Updating HR systems and employee databases;
- Preparing HR reports and trackers;
- Supporting payroll administration and coordination with Finance teams;
- Organising and maintaining HR documentation and archives;
About you
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous but not required.
Experience & Knowledge
- 2+ years experience in an office administration or HR support role.
- Familiarity with Middle East culture or regional work environments.
Technical & Core Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to HR software and databases.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting basic contracts and letters.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage physical and digital archives.
- Good numerical skills to assist with payroll and data tracking.
