HR Administrator – Recruitment

Job Summary

Abu Alnaga Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator with a strong focus on recruitment to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while providing essential HR administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
  • Support visa processing and employee documentation as required
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee files
  • Assist with other HR administrative tasks and reports as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Administration with hands-on recruitment experience
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in the UAE is preferred
