HR Administrator – Recruitment
Job Summary
Abu Alnaga Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator with a strong focus on recruitment to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while providing essential HR administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- Support visa processing and employee documentation as required
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks and reports as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Administration with hands-on recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in the UAE is preferred
