At Emirates Flight Catering, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager – HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in shaping the future of our people agenda.

About The Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager – HRBP & Employee Relations, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating business priorities into impactful people solutions that enable organisational success.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you will lead a team of HR Business Partners while partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As our HR Manager – HRBP, you will:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, manpower budgeting and business case development.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Lead change management programmes that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior stakeholders, using data and insights to influence decision-making.
  • Develop people metrics and analytics to measure organisational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion a high-performance culture through effective coaching, leadership development and recognition initiatives.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners, fostering collaboration, capability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies and best practice while delivering commercially focused HR solutions.

What We Are Looking For

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline (CIPD qualification is advantageous).
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in an HR Business Partnering environment, including experience leading HR teams within a large, complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning and change management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting HR data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
