Global HR Controlling & Rewards Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities
- HR Controlling & Data Governance:
o Workforce Planning & Budget Management: Own the global HR budget, headcount budget, and workforce planning processes, including follow-up and variance analysis. Establish a strong partnership with the Finance department & the Business to align planning and reporting.
o HR Reporting & Analytics: Oversee all HR reporting needs across the various Centres of Expertise & Entities. Provide decision-making support to management via data & HR analytics.
o HR Data & Compliance Ownership: Act as the owner of core HR data, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across the organization.
o Community Animation: Lead and animate the HR community on HR Controlling and data-related topics, fostering best practice sharing and consistency.
- Global Total Rewards & Benefits:
o Full Compensation Cycle Ownership: Drive and manage the full compensation cycle, including the annual budget process, bonus schemes, individual merit increases, retention plans and performance-related pay.
o Compensation Package Design: Prepare executive compensation packages and offers, utilizing both internal and external benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness and equity.
o Guidelines & Salary Grids: Maintain, update, and communicate global Compensation and Salary Grid guidelines to the HR community, especially HR representatives in the Properties.
o Global Benefits Policy: Own and pilot the global Benefits policy for both the Corporate Office and all Properties.
o Reporting & Compliance: Oversee rewards-related reporting and compliance, including contributions to ESGreporting.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant focus on HR Controlling, Compensation & Benefits, or Total Rewards.
- Proven experience in a corporate or global HR management role is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading global, cross-functional projects and managing organizational change initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Finance, HR metrics and data to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent proficiency in HRIS and related data management and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of international labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Play a leadership role in project management and change initiatives for HR processes over the coming years.
- Possess the ability to establish, apply, and deploy new processes and frameworks throughout the global organization, while maintaining an agile “Start-up” mentality.
- A solid, experienced profile with a strong & “Hands-on”; work ethic and the ability to dive into details and execution.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage, influence, and train HR teams, business leaders, and diverse stakeholders globally.
