We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR Specialist to join our growing organization and contribute to our people strategy and business success.Job Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process based on business needs.
  • Publish job advertisements, maintain recruitment channels, and screen resumes.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on recruitment progress.
  • Assist with offer preparation, salary discussions, and onboarding arrangements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline and prepare regular recruitment reports and analysis.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation confirmation, transfer, promotion, and offboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, employment certificates, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Establish and maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records.
  • Manage employment contracts and ensure proper filing and document control.

3. Visa & Government Affairs Administration

  • Independently manage the end-to-end employment visa process, including but not limited to:
  • Employment Visa
  • Medical Examination
  • Emirates ID
  • Residence Visa
  • Visa Renewal
  • Visa Cancellation
  • Status Change
  • Process visa applications through JAFZA, Dubai Trade, and other relevant government platforms.
  • Prepare, review, and verify all visa-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor application progress and maintain effective communication with government authorities, PROs, and external service providers.
  • Handle employee residency permits and other immigration-related documentation.
  • Stay updated with UAE Labour Law, immigration regulations, and government policies to ensure full compliance.

4. Employee Relations

  • Handle employees’ daily HR inquiries and provide HR support.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

5. HR Operations

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and other daily HR administration.
  • Prepare HR data required for payroll processing.
  • Generate regular HR reports, including recruitment, attendance, and employee statistics.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee information systems.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

6. HR Compliance & Policy Administration

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.

7. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the department manager.
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and management systems.

QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or other related disciplines is preferred.

Work Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • UAE HR experience is preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and employment visa processing.
  • Experience in multinational companies is an advantage.

Professional Knowledge & Skills

  • Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Familiar with employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR regulations.
  • Familiar with Employment Visa, Emirates ID, Residence Visa, and related immigration procedures.
  • Able to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRMS or HRIS systems is preferred.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong business communication and professional email writing skills.
  • Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
