Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Enfield Royal Clinics in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting workforce planning and recruitment activities. The Human Resources Executive will coordinate onboarding and orientation, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and clinic standards. The role includes supporting performance management processes, handling employee inquiries, and partnering with leaders to foster a positive, inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Executive will also contribute to HR initiatives such as training, engagement activities, and continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience supporting HR functions in a clinical or service-oriented environment.
  • Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including managing HR documentation, HR systems, and day-to-day administrative processes.
  • Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a respectful, inclusive workplace.
  • Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including development, interpretation, and implementation aligned with organizational values and local regulations.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with UAE labor law; and proficiency in HR software and MS Office are beneficial.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, or customer-focused organizations, along with fluency in English (and Arabic as an advantage), and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Abu Dhabi is highly valued.
