Job Description

To provide operational HR Support to the Regional HR Manager and the team including the hire-to-retire process; talent Acquisition & development, HR data and administration, employee engagement, rollout of various HR projects, development, and implementation of HR initiatives to be rolled out within our Customer Center.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate with the HR Manager the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Raise job requisitions, conduct and schedule interviews, arrange assessments, and monthly reporting. Ensure all recruitment activities are on track and issues escalated and appropriately followed up.
  • Support Global Mobility transfers.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other local employment entities.

Talent Development

  • Coordinate onboarding training for the new hires.
  • Follow-up and coordinate training and development programs/ share and identify training on best practices, support in organizing soft skills trainings.
  • Support with Learning link: register trainings, set-up playlists, assign trainings. And keep close eye on training KPI’s followed.

HR Data Integrity & Administration

  • Ensure accurate HR Personnel data and ensure HR data integrity.
  • Launch and manage content of the HRM Sharepoint for the Customer Center.
  • Coordinate with various insurance providers for policy renewal and when needed.

HR Projects

  • Support with People & Culture initiatives on Employee Engagement, Employer branding, Wellbeing, Inclusion & Diversity, …
  • Maintain a good relationship with important stakeholders (Management team, Line Managers, Employees, Local and Div. HR colleagues, …) to identify joined opportunities and projects.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the UAE and regional local laws

Education Requirements

  • University/ college graduate, preferably bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
