Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in obtaining insurance preapprovals for outpatient services.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy coverage.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, physicians, and patients for timely preauthorization.
- Ensure accurate documentation of approvals and maintain patient records.
- Support the senior approvals team in daily operational tasks.
- Follow up on pending authorizations and communicate updates to relevant departments.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or insurance setting (preferred).
- Basic understanding of UAE insurance companies and outpatient processes.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and insurance-related documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
