Junior Accountant

Position Title: Junior Accountant Department: Finance Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Accountant to support the Finance Department in a hospital setting. The role involves handling daily accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities • Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. • Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedules. • Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and procedures. • Support audits and financial reporting requirements. • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. • Adhere to confidentiality and ethical accounting standards. Qualifications & Experience • Minimum of 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. • Basic knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
