Role Description The KG Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates. The KG Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support early childhood development, literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning. Daily responsibilities include planning engaging classroom activities, teaching foundational concepts, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment, communicating regularly with parents and guardians, and collaborating with colleagues and school leadership to align teaching practices with curriculum standards. The teacher will also participate in professional development, training sessions, and school events to continually enhance instructional quality.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or kindergarten settings.
  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with children, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
  • Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms that support diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
  • Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment and willingness to follow school policies and local regulations.
  • Previous teaching experience in international or regional schools in the Middle East is an advantage.
