Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager to join the resort’s Inventory Control Team.

Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Responsible for staff scheduling, MMS training, daily operations, inventory accuracy, physical counts, GL posting and closing of financial books over accounts of responsibility.
• Analyses data as required and maintain equipment in functional status. Assist in maintaining MMS system accuracy. Create item numbers, research discrepancies and post results.
• Staffing schedules and training as required.
• Receive, process and check merchandise verifying the correctness of the shipment against the purchase order and delivery notice/invoice.
• Resolve PO discrepancies with Purchasing.
• Prepare forms and maintain records dealing with discrepancies and damaged merchandise.
• Prepare shipments for return to vendors, prepares deliveries to department recipients.
• Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Operations Controller
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times on all matters
• Interact with Department and Company Team Members, management, and contractors professionally and positively
• Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
• Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times
• Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards
• Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible

About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Secondary school diploma or above. Diploma in materials management or procurement an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ Inventory Manager experience required
• Fluent English, written and spoken, Arabic is a plus
• Intermediate MS Office, MMS Experienced
• Strong attention to detail and well-organised
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment
