Manager – Social Media Marketing

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive social media & fashion content strategies to meet business objectives, increase awareness, and drive engagement.
  • Content Creation: Produce, edit, and schedule compelling content (text, images, short videos, blogs) tailored for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc.).
  • Community Management: Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, foster community, and manage brand reputation/crisis communication.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media ads and organic campaigns, often collaborating with influencers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven reports with recommendations.
  • Trend & Platform Mastery: Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers or brand ambassadors for direct collabs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing agencies, Operations, PR, and Design teams to ensure cohesive seasonal brand campaigns and creative assets.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinking, agency management, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities
