This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant, located in Dubai.
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team with day-to-day activities such as market research, communications, customer service, sales, and marketing operations. The role includes assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, coordinating events and promotions, managing online marketing activities, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in market research and sales
- Proficiency in sales and marketing operations
- Familiarity with delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, Talabat, Zomato, Careem, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the event planning or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
