Role Description:
Marketing Coordinator – DIP Sales Center, Dubai:
· Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote the DIP Sales Center and its properties.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop advertising materials, social media content, and promotional activities.
· Support the creation of brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content for marketing purposes.
· Assist in organizing events, open houses, and property viewings at the Sales Center.
· Ensure all marketing materials and setups are ready for client and broker events.
· Coordinate logistics and follow-ups for events and promotional activities.
· Manage the DIP Sales Center’s social media presence, posting updates, property highlights, and campaign content.
· Track engagement and performance metrics for digital marketing efforts and report to management.
· Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
· Provide insights to support marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
· Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management based on marketing data.
· Maintain marketing files, records, and inventories of promotional materials.
· Coordinate with the sales and brokerage teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives.
· Handle inquiries related to marketing and promotional activities professionally.
· Support the Sales Center Manager in daily marketing operations.
· Perform any other duties assigned related to marketing and promotion.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
· Knowledge of real estate marketing and property promotion is an advantage.
· At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, or retail sectors.
· Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination is highly desirable.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
· Creative mindset with attention to detail.
· Ability to work collaboratively with sales, brokerage, and management teams.
