Job Summary
As the Marketing Director, you will be the custodian of the company’s brand image, public presence, and market perception. You will lead all marketing, digital, and communication functions—overseeing social media, website, events, campaigns, and visual identity—to ensure a strong, consistent, and premium brand presence across all touchpoints. This role requires a strategic leader with an eye for detail, creativity, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
➤ Brand Image & Market Presence
- Own and elevate the company’s overall look, feel, and brand positioning across all platforms.
- Ensure visual, verbal, and experiential consistency across marketing assets, digital platforms, and physical events.
- Act as the final authority on brand standards, messaging, and presentation quality.
➤ Social Media & Digital Leadership
- Define and oversee social media strategy, content direction, and audience growth across all platforms.
- Ensure high-quality storytelling, engagement, and brand reputation management.
- Drive growth in digital reach, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
➤ Website & Digital Assets
- Oversee the company website to ensure content relevance, premium design, usability, and performance.
- Ensure the website reflects current services, campaigns, achievements, and brand values.
- Lead SEO, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
➤ Events, PR & Brand Experiences
- Lead planning and execution of corporate events, launches, conferences, awards, and client engagements.
- Oversee PR activities, media relations, and brand partnerships.
- Ensure events align with brand positioning and deliver strong market impact.
➤ Strategic Campaigns & Content
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee content strategy for social media, website, video, email marketing, and corporate materials.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all campaigns.
➤ Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to deliver excellence.
- Work closely with senior management, business development, and external partners.
- Manage agencies, designers, media partners, and event vendors.
➤ Budget, Performance & Governance
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Track KPIs, ROI, and brand performance metrics.
- Present strategic insights and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–12+ years of marketing experience, with senior leadership exposure.
- Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, social media, website management, and events.
- Proven ability to build premium brand presence and manage high-visibility initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
