HR Assistant cum Secretary
 

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant cum Secretary to support HR functions and executive administration, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and managing the CEO’s schedule to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules with candidates and department heads.

• Maintain and update accurate employee records and documentation.

• Monitor staff attendance and prepare monthly attendance reports.

• Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.

• Arrange executive travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodation, and visa processing.

• Attend key meetings, record accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role in UAE.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
