The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Performance Marketing Executive to support the growth of our brands across paid digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about data-driven marketing, and understands how to scale customer acquisition while improving ROAS and overall performance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and other performance channels
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, pacing and KPIs to ensure targets are achieved
- Analyse campaign data and customer behaviour to identify trends, insights and growth opportunities
- Work closely with creative, trading and brand teams to brief and optimise ad creatives based on performance data
- Assist with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies and customer acquisition initiatives
- Support A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages and targeting strategies
- Build regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and conversion
- Track and report on key metrics including CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS and LTV
- Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging trends and best practices across digital marketing and e-commerce
- Support with affiliate marketing, influencer boosting and partnership campaigns where required
- Collaborate with analytics and tech teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution and reporting
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital acquisition, ideally within fashion, ecommerce or DTC brands
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data and making optimisation decisions
- Experience working with ecommerce KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC and conversion rate
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio or similar
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of digital consumer behaviour
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fast-paced startup, scale-up or high-growth environments is preferred
- Passion for fashion, culture, ecommerce and digital innovation
