Job Overview

Persian Horizon is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns, funnel optimization, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.

This role is focused on generating qualified leads, improving conversion efficiency, reducing acquisition costs, and supporting overall business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

The candidate must understand both performance marketing and funnel logic — not just ad management.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Management

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube Ads (preferred)

Manage campaign budgets and daily performance monitoring

Improve lead quality and conversion rates

Scale campaigns while maintaining efficient CPL

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Work closely with web developer and content team to improve:
  • landing pages
  • lead forms
  • conversion flow
  • Identify and reduce drop-off points in the funnel
  • Support A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages

Audience & Campaign Strategy

Build and optimize:

  • custom audiences
  • lookalike audiences
  • retargeting audiences
  • high-intent segments

Develop platform-specific strategies for:

  • lead generation
  • retargeting
  • nurturing
  • conversion campaigns

Tracking & Analytics

Configure and monitor:

  • Meta Pixel
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • conversion tracking
  • UTM tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and scaling

CRM & Automation Support

  • Coordinate with CRM and automation systems
  • Ensure lead flow and attribution are functioning correctly
  • Support WhatsApp, email, and lead nurturing automation where required

Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinate with:

  • content writer
  • designer
  • video editor
  • sales team
  • web developer
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with business objectives and sales requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager

Strong understanding of:

  • lead generation funnels
  • CPL optimization
  • conversion tracking
  • retargeting strategies
  • audience segmentation
  • Experience managing medium to high advertising budgets
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions quickly
