About The Role

The Receptionist is responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house experience. This role acts as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient reception operations, smooth visitor management, and exceptional service standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the organisation
  • Manage front‑desk operations efficiently, maintaining a calm, courteous, and service‑oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with access control and security procedures
  • Prepare and coordinate elevator access for VIP guests, ensuring smooth arrival and departure experiences

Communication & Enquiries

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Direct visitors and enquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow‑up when required

Meetings & Scheduling Support

  • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings
  • Support internal scheduling requirements and assist with meeting arrangements as needed

Deliveries & Logistics

  • Manage the delivery log, receiving, recording, and distributing all incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Liaise with couriers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery handling

Facilities & Presentation

  • Ensure the reception area is consistently presentable, well‑organised, and stocked with required materials
  • Report any facilities or maintenance issues observed at the front of house

Valet & Guest Services

  • Coordinate valet parking services where applicable
  • Support VIP and executive guests with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
