Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to make an impact in the O&G, Defense, and Marine sectors? We are seeking a skilled and motivated recruiter to become a key member of our internal recruitment team based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance.
• Maintain and leverage a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment supporting Drilling, Oilfield services, EPC and Maritime contractors or IOC and NOC.
• Middle East experience is preferred but not a prerequisite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Have a sense of urgency and the desire to get things done.
