About the Role

Lead the attendance team to handle attendance exception management for a workforce of up to 2,500 outsourced employees.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily attendance reconciliation
  • Overtime checking
  • Cost accrual calculation

Work Place :

The work place would be warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in large-scale manpower attendance management, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong data handling and Excel skills
  • Experience with attendance systems and payroll interfaces is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
