About the Role
Lead the attendance team to handle attendance exception management for a workforce of up to 2,500 outsourced employees.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily attendance reconciliation
- Overtime checking
- Cost accrual calculation
Work Place :
The work place would be warehouse.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in large-scale manpower attendance management, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment.
Required Skills
- Strong data handling and Excel skills
- Experience with attendance systems and payroll interfaces is a plus
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
