About The Role PRIME Estates Properties is seeking a motivated and professional Private Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai. The selected candidate will focus on luxury secondary and off-plan properties, representing PRIME’s premium portfolio with excellence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales transactions for luxury off-plan and secondary market properties.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
- Utilize company-generated leads and marketing tools to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated with Dubai’s property market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Represent the PRIME brand with professionalism and dedication.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (Dubai experience preferred).
- European candidates are encouraged; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE or international driving license required.
- Self-driven, confident, and capable of achieving individual and team goals.
