Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Luxury Investment Sales Agent specializing in serving European-speaking clients. The agent will focus on marketing and selling luxury real estate properties, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing tailored investment advice, and meeting sales targets. Daily activities include conducting market research, presenting investment opportunities, negotiating deals, and collaborating with developers and clients to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Investment Sales, Sales, and Brokerage, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Solid understanding of Finance and Investments, including conducting market analyses and providing investment insights
- Fluency in English and at least one European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, or Italian)
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, along with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a thorough understanding of luxury markets
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driving license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
