Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales, listing, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. The individual will work closely with the marketing and leasing teams to ensure a smooth transaction process while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Experience in property sales, listing, and leasing

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

Knowledge of the UAE real estate market

Proficiency in real estate marketing and investment advisory

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Relevant professional certifications and licenses preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
