Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promote the company’s financial and tax consultancy services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in financial or consulting services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good understanding of UAE market dynamics and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
