Indoor Sales Executive (Female) – Rushabh Sealink Logestic Pvt Ltd

We are looking for a proactive and organized Indoor Sales Executive to support business development through client coordination, follow-ups, and sales support related to freight forwarding and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination via calls and emails.
  • Support outdoor sales by managing quotations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Identify potential business opportunities from leads and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and smooth shipment execution.
  • Maintain customer records, sales data, and MIS reports.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve overall business targets.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience is mandatory).
  • Exposure to handling genuine Export / Import Sea Freight customers is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasing personality with strong coordination and customer-handling skills.
  • Working knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
