Role

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining and growing the company’s market share. You will be responsible for:

• Establishing and developing good relationships with existing customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handling and following up on feedback or claims from customers.
• Working closely with the Production Planning and Control teams to meet customers’ requirements.
• Working closely with the sales support team to co-ordinate on shipment arrangement.
• Take responsibility for achieving monthly sales results in accordance with set targets.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Monitoring and ensuring timely payment from customers.
• Visit customers overseas to build stronger business relations and enhance customers service level.
• Working with external warehouses closely to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B sales or customer service role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong business development mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits.
