Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience, strong connections with channel partners and HNIs, and the drive to consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets.
This role offers a powerful platform for growth within one of the most innovative real estate brands in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales processes—from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and HNI clients
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic and consultative selling
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and pricing recommendations
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize lead conversion
- Mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance
- Represent Binghatti at roadshows, expos, and high-profile client events
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of real estate sales experience (luxury segment preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience handling international clients is an added advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate sales platforms
Required Skills
- Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of Dubai real estate market dynamics and demand drivers
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
