Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring sales goals are met. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting market research, generating sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Setting
• Ability to develop and implement effective Sales Strategies and conduct Market Research
• Strong leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the cleaning industry or related sectors is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
