Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations, develop business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets in the UAE. The candidate must have proven experience in sales management, client acquisition, and market development within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across UAE markets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent results.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales management experience in the UAE.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
