Job Description

1. Sales Management:

o Drive and manage sales activities for property management and maintenance services.

o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence internationally.

2. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Financial Transactions:

o Ensure that all sales transactions are accurately recorded, analyzed, and processed in a timely manner.

o Collaborate with the finance team to monitor sales performance and financial health.

4. Market Analysis:

o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

o Utilize data to inform sales strategies and business decisions.

5. Reporting:

o Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

o Provide insights on sales performance and recommend improvements as necessary.

6. Collaboration:

o Work closely with marketing, property management, and maintenance teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.



Requirements

· Mc. S Or/and bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
