We are expanding our team in Abu Dhabi and looking for ambitious professionals who want to build a high-income career in the UAE real estate market one of the most dynamic and tax-efficient markets globally.
Whether you come from automotive sales, banking, hospitality, telesales, recruitment, luxury retail, or B2B sales — if you know how to close, we can teach you real estate.
About the Opportunity
You will:
- Represent premium residential and properties in Abu Dhabi
- Work with international and local investors
- Manage client relationships from lead to closing
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Build your personal brand in a high-growth market
Full training is provided. We invest in your development from day one.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Have a sales, customer-facing, or commission-based background
- Are financially motivated and target-driven
- Speak English fluently (additional languages are a plus)
Real estate experience is NOT mandatory.
Sales mindset and ambition are.
