Job Purpose
To facilitate and execute outbound sales and acquisition strategies, ensuring effective customer engagement, lead conversion, and revenue generation while maintaining quality service standards and compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound sales calls and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and meet revenue targets.
- Develop customized sales approaches based on customer needs and market trends.
- Implement lead qualification processes to ensure efficiency in customer engagement.
- Facilitate negotiations and closing of sales deals in alignment with company policies.
- Provide detailed product and service information to prospective customers.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and prompt customer onboarding.
- Coordinate with account management teams for seamless transition and customer follow-ups.
- Report on sales activities, conversion rates, and key challenges faced in outbound interactions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to refine sales strategies.
- Adapt sales tactics in response to customer feedback and market demands.

Quality & Excellence Management:
- Assure adherence to quality standards in outbound communications and customer interactions
- Implement best practices to enhance customer experience and satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular assessments of outbound campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
- Report issues related to process inefficiencies or compliance risks to the management.
Qualifications and Experience
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Certifications such as Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP), or equivalent is advantageous.
Experience
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or customer acquisition within the insurance or financial services industry.
