Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi for a Residential | Off-Plan Property Consultant – Arabic Speaker. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential properties, particularly in off-plan development projects. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, providing investment advisory services, and achieving sales targets. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and stay informed about market trends and developments.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate experience, with a deep understanding of the property market.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with fluency in Arabic as a key requirement.
- Proven ability in Sales, with the capability to meet and exceed targets and close deals efficiently.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player with problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is a plus. Prior experience in the UAE Real Estate sector is highly advantageous.
