Bottega Living Luxury Furniture, based in Dubai is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales manager to join our team within the Interiors sector in the UAE.
Objectives:
- Restructure luxury furniture sales across the UAE and GCC (15 years’ experience minimum)
- Expand market penetration with developers, consultants, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Elevate brand positioning to stand alongside the most prestigious furniture brands.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Capture and grow market share through strategic networking, high-profile events, and leading exhibitions.
- Leverage business intelligence to anticipate market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and build a lasting competitive edge.
- Inspire, lead, and empower the sales team to consistently deliver collective excellence.
KPIs:
- New client acquisition.
- Sales target achievement.
- Repeat business and client retention.
- Partnerships, collaborations, and market visibility.
