Job Description

Socialeyez is looking for a strategic and client-focused Senior Social Media Manager to lead social media communications and account management across key clients in the UAE.

The ideal candidate began their career as a Community Manager or Social Media Executive, building a strong understanding of content, audience engagement, and platform management before progressing into a senior client servicing and strategy role. Previous experience handling governmental or semi-governmental accounts in the UAE is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead social media accounts across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and daily activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and proactive communication
  • Develop and oversee social media strategies, content planning, and campaign execution aligned with client objectives
  • Collaborate with creative, content, media, and production teams to deliver engaging and effective social-first campaigns
  • Supervise content calendars, publishing schedules, and community management activities
  • Monitor social media performance and provide detailed reporting, insights, and recommendations
  • Ensure all content and communication align with brand guidelines and UAE market expectations
  • Handle client feedback, approvals, and day-to-day account operations efficiently
  • Support pitches, presentations, and strategic planning when required

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in social media account management within an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
  • Experience managing governmental or semi-governmental accounts in the UAE
  • Excellent client servicing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
