GI Properties has been a trusted name in Dubai’s real estate market since 2018, with successful Primary and Off-Plandivisions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire the best Real Estate Agents in the UAE.

🎯 Your Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in expanding our sales force by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing Real Estate Agents. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and become the face of recruitment through networking, social media, and employer branding.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Recruit experienced and high-performing Real Estate Agents across the UAE.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, and sales potential.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to identify hiring needs, coordinate interviews, and secure top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Create engaging recruitment campaigns and employer branding content.
  • Represent GI Properties in recruitment videos, career events, and social media content.
  • Negotiate offers and maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate recruitment reports.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
  • UAE recruitment experience is required.
  • Real estate recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable in front of the camera for recruitment and employer branding content.
  • Professional appearance with excellent presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about finding top talent.
