What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Proven experience in Social Media Management within Hospitality, Nightlife, Entertainment or Lifestyle brands.
  
• Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook.
  
• Demonstrated ability to Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies aligned with Brand Objectives.
  
• Experience in Content Planning, Campaign Management and Performance Analysis.
  
• Leadership capability, with experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.
  
• Strong Copywriting and Storytelling Skills with a deep understanding of brand tone and audience engagement.
  
• Highly Organised with the ability to Manage Multiple Campaigns and Deadlines simultaneously.
  
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, insights and ROI on campaigns.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Social Media Management Tools.
  
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with nightlife operations.
  
• A hands-on, ‘Can-Do!’ attitude with a passion for delivering standout digital content.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning, Creation and Execution of Social Media Content across all platforms.
  
• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies that drive Engagement, Brand Awareness and Revenue.
  
• Oversee Content Calendars, ensuring consistent and impactful posting aligned with campaigns and events.
  
• Manage and Elevate Community Engagement, responding to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  
• Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring all content reflects FIVE’s tone, style and luxury positioning.
  
• Collaborate with Internal Teams to Conceptualise and Execute Campaigns, Activations and Event Promotions.
  
• Capture and Oversee the Production of High-Quality Content during Events, Photoshoots and Activations.
  
• Analyse Social Media Performance, providing Insights and Recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
  
• Prepare and Present Detailed Performance Reports to Senior Stakeholders.
  
• Monitor Industry Trends, Competitor Activity and Emerging Platforms to keep FIVE ahead of the curve.
  
• Support the Director of Marketing in Strategic Planning and Campaign Development.
  
• Guide and Mentor Junior Team Members, ensuring consistency in output and brand alignment.
