Job Summary:

Prowin Properties Real Estate is looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly motivated Social Media Manager who can strategize, shoot, edit, and manage complete social media operations. This role requires a hands-on content creator who understands real estate marketing, social media trends, and team management.

The ideal candidate must be camera-confident, tech-savvy, well-connected in the industry, and capable of managing content creators, videographers, and influencers while delivering consistent, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Shoot and edit property walkthroughs, reels, short videos, agent branding, and promotional content
  • Manage and coordinate content creators, videographers, photographers, and influencers
  • Develop engaging content calendars and campaign ideas
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all platforms
  • Track analytics, performance metrics, and optimize content strategy
  • Build and maintain strong industry and influencer contacts
  • Cover events, launches, site visits, and property shoots

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Content Creator / Videographer
  • Strong knowledge of shooting, video editing, and content production
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform growth strategies
  • Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred
  • Must have a Dubai Driving License
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work full-time exclusively
