Social Media Manager
Job Description
Elaris is a multi-branch beauty salon group operating in Dubai as part of Persian Horizon Holding. We are hiring a Social Media Manager to lead the brand’s social presence across multiple platforms and salon locations.
This role is responsible for planning, managing, and growing Elaris’s social media channels while ensuring consistent brand identity, engaging content, and strong audience growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Elaris social media channels including:
- TikTok
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaign schedules
- Work closely with the content, design, and video teams to produce engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics
- Manage community engagement including comments, messages, and client interactions
- Support PR and influencer collaborations and social activations
- Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms
- Stay updated with beauty trends, social media trends, and viral content formats
Requirements
- 3–5 years of social media management experience
- Mandatory experience in beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, or beauty brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-account brands
- Ability to plan and execute high-quality visual and video content
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent English communication skills
