KEY ROLE

Your role will be to assist your client in defining and implementing their social media and influencer strategy, in collaboration with the various experts of the agency. You will act as the interface between all stakeholders and ensure the success of the projects.

Dynamic, agile, demanding, and meticulous, you will contribute to client retention through the precision of your work, your availability, and your ability to find solutions.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • You will oversee the operational management of social media and influencer projects for your client.
  • You are responsible for the quality of client relationships and deliverables: respecting budgets and timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • You ensure coordination between the various stakeholders, whether they are service providers, partners, or talents.
  • You define editorial schedules in line with the long-term strategic vision.
  • You participate in the creation of written and visual content, in collaboration with the artistic director.
  • You supervise the implementation of photo or video production in close collaboration with the internal Production Studio.
  • You ensure the posting of content on client’s accounts, either directly or via tools.
  • You write reports and summaries of your operations.
  • You ensure adherence to the agency’s processes and methodologies.
  • You manage your priorities and can organize your work.
  • You maintain a detailed budget follow-up for each of your projects.
  • You regularly report on your actions to your superiors.
  • You maintain a regular watch on your clients’ news and their main competitors.
  • You guide the junior project managers in your team, organize their work, and supervise the smooth execution of projects.

KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a creative agency, ideally in social media or influencer marketing.
  • Passionate about digital, especially social media.
  • Dynamic, thoughtful, and meticulous, with a strong creative sensitivity.
  • You are comfortable both in writing and speaking, with excellent writing skills and perfect spelling.
  • You are also comfortable with numbers.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic. French is a plus but not mandatory.
