Social Media Manager – Chocolate Brand

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and community building across social platforms. This role is responsible for developing content strategies, managing campaigns, growing our online community, and boosting brand visibility in line with the premium positioning of our brand.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Plan and manage the content calendar for posts, stories, reels, and live sessions.
  • Work with the design team to create high-quality, visually appealing content aligned with the brand identity.
  • Craft engaging captions, storytelling posts, and trending video concepts that resonate with our target audience.

Community Management & Engagement:

  • Build and maintain an active online community by engaging with followers, responding to messages, and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Monitor brand mentions, hashtags, and trends, ensuring timely responses and interactions.
  • Collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and micro-creators for content partnerships and UGC campaigns.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Conceptualize and launch seasonal, product-specific, and activation campaigns.
  • Run paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to boost reach, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for integrated campaigns (in-store + digital).

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs (engagement, growth, reach, ROI) across all platforms.
  • Prepare monthly social media reports, analyze performance, and adjust strategies for better results.
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and new platform features to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Experience with social media analytics and ad management tools.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and brand building.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
