Job Description
Main Missions
As the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing,
managing, and strengthening the digital presence of RH Luxury Properties, embodying the
brand’s elegant and exclusive image.
Content Creation
Produce and edit visual content (photos, videos, reels, stories) tailored to different platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Write creative and engaging copy in both French and English (posts, captions, newsletters,
blog articles).
Showcase properties and the brand’s universe through inspiring and premium content.
Community Management
Manage and animate online communities (messages, comments, interactions).
Increase brand engagement and visibility on social media.
Develop a consistent editorial strategy aligned with the company’s luxury image and
objectives.
Strategy & Analysis
Monitor digital trends and propose innovative creative ideas.
Develop and manage an editorial calendar.
Analyse content performance (KPIs, monthly reports) and adjust strategy accordingly.
Profile
Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) in content creation and community management,
ideally within real estate, luxury, hospitality, or a premium environment.
Proficiency with digital tools: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe Suite, planning and
analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Strong artistic and aesthetic sense: ability to produce elegant visuals consistent with brand
identity.
Highly autonomous, creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Genuine interest in high-end real estate and lifestyle in Dubai.
