Job Description

Sajio Real Estate is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive with strong experience in Meta Ads & Lead Generation to join our team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and manage Meta Ads campaigns
  • Run Lead Generation campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
  • Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects
  • Create and test different audiences, creatives and ad copies
  • Monitor CPL, CTR, leads and campaign performance
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
  • Manage Instagram and Facebook content
  • Create engaging Reels, posts and promotional content
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Meta Ads & Lead Generation
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with real estate lead generation is preferred
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization
  • Experience with Instagram/Facebook marketing
  • Canva/content creation skills
  • Analytical and creative mindset
  • UAE/Dubai experience is an advantage
