Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our brand presence and communication strategy across the Arabic market. If you are passionate about storytelling, media relations, and digital content, this role is for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy tailored to the Arabic audience
- Create high-quality, engaging content for Sales Managers’ social media platforms
- Oversee all Arabic marketing materials, including website content, social media, brochures, press releases, and OOH campaigns
- Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to produce impactful multimedia content
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and external PR agencies
- Plan and manage PR campaigns, events, and brand communications
- Plan influencer campaigns for project launches, site visits, handovers, and promotional events.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Track influencer campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing, social media, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
- Support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and international marketing activities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with relevant and engaging content
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Coordinate and collaborate with Arabic influencers to enhance brand visibility
- Liaise with external PR agencies, marketing partners, and vendors
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications.
✔ Strong understanding of the Arabic market and audience behavior – Preferred
✔ Excellent Arabic & English communication skills (Preferred)
✔ Experience in managing media relations and PR campaigns
✔ Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy
✔ Ability to handle crisis communication and brand reputation management
✔ Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency
