Role Overview:

UAS International Trip Support is seeking a creative, strategic, and content-driven Social Media Specialist to elevate our global brand presence across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build a strong B2B brand organically through compelling storytelling, thought leadership, audience engagement, and content excellence.

The successful candidate will own the social media function end-to-end, from strategy and planning to content creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.

While UAS maintains a presence across multiple social channels, LinkedIn will be the primary platform, serving as the cornerstone of our brand-building, industry positioning, and thought leadership efforts.

This is a purely organic role. No paid social. Your job is to make people stop scrolling, think, and follow.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with UAS’ brand objectives, business priorities, and communication pillars.
  • Create and manage a forward-looking editorial calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Build and maintain a social media content framework and playbook, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, visual identity, and publishing cadence.
  • Identify industry trends, market developments, and emerging content opportunities relevant to business aviation and global mobility.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform, including social media posts, articles, thought leadership content, carousels, infographics, videos, and executive communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to transform technical aviation topics, operational updates, company news, customer success stories, and industry insights into compelling content.
  • Ghostwrite thought leadership content for senior executives, helping position UAS leaders as trusted voices within the aviation industry.
  • Adapt long-form content, reports, data, case studies, and market intelligence into engaging social-first formats that maximize reach and engagement.
  • Ensure all content reflects UAS’ brand standards, values, and strategic messaging.

Community Engagement & Brand Growth

  • Manage and grow UAS’ online communities through proactive engagement and relationship building.
  • Monitor conversations, comments, and industry discussions to increase brand visibility and audience interaction.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen executive presence and employee advocacy across social platforms.
  • Foster meaningful engagement with customers, partners, aviation professionals, and industry influencers.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor social media performance and provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and audience growth.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including audience growth, engagement rates, content reach, impressions, and follower acquisition.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting trends, achievements, recommendations, and future opportunities.
  • Utilize analytics to continuously optimize content strategy and publishing effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Customer Experience, and Leadership teams to identify content opportunities and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external agencies when required to support content production.
  • Support corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, air shows, and company initiatives through social media coverage and storytelling.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences organically and building strong brand presence, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Experience developing and implementing content strategies, editorial calendars, and brand playbooks.
  • Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills, including both short-form and long-form content creation.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices, audience engagement strategies, and executive thought leadership development.
  • Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent content creation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within aviation, logistics, travel, transportation, or professional services industries is advantageous but not essential.
