Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
🔹 Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and slow learning needs.
🔹 Monitor and assess students’ academic, social, and developmental progress.
🔹 Deliver differentiated instruction using evidence-based teaching strategies.
🔹 Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, psychologists, social workers, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every student.
🔹 Promote an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:
✔ Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and learning disabilities.
✔ Previous school experience is preferred.
✔ Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
✔ A genuine passion for inclusive education and student success.
