Job Purpose
The Specialist – Performance Management supports the execution of e7 Group’s performance management framework, ensuring that organizational, departmental, and individual objectives are clearly cascaded, monitored, and reviewed in alignment with the Group’s strategic direction. The role contributes to building a high-performance culture across e7 Group’s business units by enabling fair, transparent, and data-driven performance practices.
Key Accountabilities
1. Performance Management Cycle
- Support the implementation of e7 Group’s performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives and balanced scorecard framework.
- Coordinate cycle timelines across all business units and corporate functions, ensuring adherence to Group HR calendars and governance standards.
- Assist in analyzing performance data to identify trends, performance distribution, and development needs across the Group.
- Support the administration and tracking of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in coordination with HR Business Partners, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and closure in line with e7 Group HR policy.
- Prepare performance insights and reports for HR leadership and ExCom review, highlighting key outcomes, calibration results, and recommended actions.
2. Process, Policy & System Support
- Maintain and update performance management templates, trackers, and dashboards in line with e7 Group standards and audit requirements.
- Support the configuration, testing, and continuous enhancement of the performance management module within the Group’s HRIS.
- Contribute to the review and refinement of performance management policies, procedures, and guidelines to reflect best practice and Group priorities.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and line managers across e7 Group entities regarding performance management queries, providing guidance on process, system navigation, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct briefing and awareness sessions for employees and managers to strengthen understanding of the performance framework and expectations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development colleagues to translate performance outcomes into targeted talent and development interventions.
4. Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on performance outcomes, calibration results, PIP status, and goal completion rates for CHRO and leadership review.
- Support benchmarking exercises against industry and regional best practice to enhance the Group’s performance management maturity.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline tools, templates, and workflows, contributing to the Group’s continuous improvement agenda.
5. Emiratization & People Development Alignment
- Support the integration of performance outcomes with Emiratization, succession planning, and career development initiatives across e7 Group.
- Contribute to the identification of high-potential UAE National talent through performance data analysis, in coordination with the Talent Management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles with direct exposure to performance cycles, preferably within a group or multi-entity structure.
- CIPD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
