Supervisor – Sales

Job Description

This position is responsible for supervising field sales operations and ensuring efficient distribution of Bisleri’s bottled water products—both 5-gallon and PET packs. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, market coverage, merchandising execution, and team performance in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibility

  • Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B, and retail segments.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, deliveries, and product placement across residential, HORECA, and retail locations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships with households, offices, construction sites, and retail stores.
  • Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and share competitor insights with Sales Managers.
  • Ensure on-shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and promotional execution in retail outlets.
  • Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and route planning best practices.
  • Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners for stock availability and route efficiency.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with trade, health, and safety regulations.

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bottled water or FMCG sales within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and deliver results across multiple locations.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer and retail landscape, especially in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools and merchandising software is preferred.
